BCP Helpdesk Services and Procedure Guide

Priority Support
New for the 2020-2021 school year, students experiencing technical difficulties hindering their academic success (ex: not being able to attend class online, turn in homework, etc.) are required to immediately submit a helpdesk request using our new priority support form.  To help ensure rapid resolution, awareness, and accountability, this form notifies all parent/guardian and teacher contacts associated with the student record and current term class schedule when a request is created, updated, and resolved.

Submit a Priority Request
** 9/15/2020:  The 3rd party tool used by our priority support request form is experiencing trouble at this time.  For now, please email priority support requests to helpdesk@bcp.org and add "Priority" to the subject of your email.  Thank you.

Support requests may be emailed to helpdesk@bcp.org.

Business hours are typically 8am-4pm unless otherwise specified

In-person/walk-up support is unavailable due to COVID-19 at this time
